How To Return:

• You are given 14 days after item(s) have been delivered to return your item(s).

• Send us an email at citizensgear@gmail.com to start the return process. Please let us know why you are returning the item(s).

• Provision of an order receipt must be  sent along with return tracking number. Without order receipt for proof of order and tracking number, we would be unable to make a refund to your account.

• Once your item has been received and thoroughly inspected, please allow a minimum of 5 business days and a maximum of 10 business days for a refund. If item(s) is lost due to a mistake on your part (incorrect return address), a refund may not be given.

• Please note that we are not responsible for returns that are lost, therefore we ask that every item(s) are properly packaged and properly addressed.

• Only items that are damaged or defective we will be responsible to pay the return fee, as well as mistakes made by us. Please note that if the sizes ordered does not fit properly, you will be responsible to pay for the returns and you may be asked to pay for shipping for exchange of item(s).

What Can Be Returned and Refunded:​

• Items that are damaged and defective. (MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED)

• Please note that item(s) being returned MUST be unworn, unwashed, and original tags must still be attached. If signs that item(s) has been worn, you may not be eligible for a refund.

• If an incorrect size or item(s) was sent or item(s) does not fit, please note that you may be only be eligible for an exchange, not a refund.​

Other Return Information:​

• If item(s) is returned to us by shipping company by mistake (return to sender, insufficient address, etc), you may be asked to cover the additional shipping cost to resend package.
